Nicky at Perris

Spotted at Perris Raceway on Friday the 13th, was Nicky Hayden burning laps on the 1/4 mile oval. Hayden who was out of the country for Moto-GP  testing last week returned to sunny California this week for some fun and relaxation before heading back to Europe next week. What to do? Dirt Track where his roots lie was the answer, hence Nicky grabbed his gear and headed to Perris where some top GNC riders were spending time testing suspension with Race-Tech's  Jimmy Wood. On hand was the current Grand National Champion Jared Mees along with National #7 Sammy Halbert, National #54 (2 time Daytona short track winner) Mikey Rush and National #98 Kayl Kolkman. The GNC riders were getting ready for the opening two rounds of their series which kicks off at Daytona in March. Nicky; he was just having fun and staying in shape.
