Case Repair
For more than 40 years I have been building H-D XL/XR engines and repairing cases. The most common of which is the
countershaft corner. Trock cycle used to make the replacement corner but has since stopped production. I believe that
Tedd Cycle/V-Twin has purchased all remaining stock and perhaps the tooling to manufacture the corner once again.
As a former H-D engineer I came into possession of the engineering drawings for the crankcases. I own and operate my
engine repair business in northern CA. I am attaching two photos of a typical countershaft corner repair. I can provide
this service to anyone owning an ironhead XL with the similar problem.

C & J Honda XR500. Frame made for this motor, not altered, bent, or anything added. It was made for the Wood- style
tank and seat, special order. The motor is a stock 1984 XR500 with twin flat-slide Mikunis. A few new parts, Barracuda pipe with
supertrapp style discs, the tank is new, powder coated frame, tires have no time on them, K&N Pre-charger socks, new Vortex bars, etc.

than Omar. Some say there was one once offered on ebay by a seller name of wheelie--neal?
I know the SR mags suck but I like the way they look and I want to be able to run some 19in tires.
