Rickman Bultaco 250 Sale on Bultaco Pending
For sale is this Rickman Bultaco 250 , VIN# B11 00005, one of 15 produced.
Back in the '60s, the Rickman brothers formed an agreement with Bultaco
allowing Bultaco to copy the Rickman frame for mass production,
later called model 11, with a 250cc engine.
In return, Bultaco would furnish the Rickman brothers with 250cc
engines so the Rickman could produce a complete 250cc Metisse
motocrosser.
In the early 60s, this machine was shipped to the Bultaco distributor
in New York, and was used as a pre production sample for trade shows,
dealer promotion and PR purposes.
The production Bultaco 250 (M11) version had yellow tank, fenders and
side covers but the major difference is the Rickman Metisse uses
lightweight chrome moly frame materials and was nickle plated, the
Bultaco production version M11 (produced by Bultaco) used heavier, mild
steel.
The production version was yellow with the frame painted silver.
There is a section on the left side, lower frame rail that has
corrosion and rust damage that will need to be replaced (roughly 4”),
included is a some German made 4130 tubing (in pic) so the repair can
be made with the correct size tubing made of the correct material.
This is a genuine Rickman frame, not a Bultaco M11, and, is the scrambles version that has 18”/19" wheels.
The engine has a reed valve cylinder and included is a standard OEM M11 piston port cylinder and matching head..
Engine has rear top mount repairs
Two pipes are included; one scrambles, one MX
Comes with various hardware, pegs, brake pedal as seen in the picture.

Up for sale is an incredibly rare pair of Öhlins TTX30 shocks
KT 1398, custom-built and revalved specifically for Flat Track racing.
Because Öhlins only does limited production runs of these, they are
nearly impossible to find. It took me almost 2 years of searching just
to track down the second shock to complete this pair. You will not find
another set like this ready to go.
I have over $2,000 invested in this setup, and I am asking for less than what I put into them.
The Setup & History
Custom Tuning: Fully custom revalved by Aftershocks specifically for Flat Track.
Dimensions: 13 5/8" eye-to-eye.
Usage: Raced on exactly twice. Once at the Moto Bay Classic and once at AHRMA Laguna Seca on my TT540 Framer.
Condition: Excellent. Kept in pristine condition.

For sale, a Legendary American XR 750. "Bubba's Last Harley"
That comes with a LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY
This motorcycle was raced and won multiple championships in the AMA Pro
Racing Flat Track competition during the 1981, 1982, and 1983 seasons
by Bubba Shobert #67, while owned by Ken Parker of Esquire Motorhomes.
During Bubba Shobert's time in the saddle on this machine, the engine was built and prepared by legendary tuner Tex Peel.
Peel developed a distinctive charging-style ignition system
specifically for XR 750 engines an original component that remains
intact today, identifiable by the unique primary cover with ignition
wires exiting directly from it.
While competing on this motorcycle, Shobert achieved three AMA National
victories and secured 4th place in the 1983 Camel Pro Series National
Championship standings, marking this XR-750 as a proven
national-winning machine at the highest level of American flat track
racing.
This XR-750 represents the final Harley-Davidson race motorcycle ridden
by Shobert prior to his transition to the factory Honda racing program
in 1984.
Following Shobert's departure, ownership remained with Ken Parker, who
subsequently fielded his son, Chris Parker #7x, on the motorcycle in
AMA Pro competition.
The motorcycle was later sold to Perry's Harley-Davidson, where it continued its competitive career:
Brian Atherton #98 campaigned the motorcycle during the 1986 and 1987 AMA Pro Flat Track seasons.
In 1988, Kevin Atherton #23 rode the XR-750 in his rookie AMA Pro season as a factory rider for Harley-Davidson.
The motorcycle was prepared by Dave Atherton, who also served as crew chief & mechanic during Brian's stint.
During the mid-1980s, Dave implemented significant performance upgrades prior to Brian's campaign, including modern 42mm
Ceriani forks with adjustable triple clamps & a custom square
box-section swingarm built by Champion Frames for the Lawwill/Knight
chassis.
Following Kevin Atherton's transition to full factory Harley-Davidson
equipment, the motorcycle returned to Perry's Harley-Davidson, where it
remained preserved & displayed for over thirty years until its
transition to the current owner.
This motorcycle represents a continuous & well-documented competition lineage involving:
Three AMA National victories
A 4th-place finish in the 1983 Camel Pro National Championship
Multiple AMA Pro
Factory-level riders
Renowned engine builder Tex Peel
Race preparation & Engine build by Dave Atherton
A period-correct Lawwill/Knight Grand National chassis
The motorcycle has since been restored, in part by Bryan Smith and Barry Smith.

cycled. 2nd Oversize high compression wiseco piston, megacycle 144-20
cam, new valve springs, seals, cam chain, etc. 38mm Flatslide carb.
Only two rides on the clutch plates and the basket is banded. Rims and
Spokes brand new with the wheels being built in-house at Buchanan. New
Goon Glass tank, tail and fork guards, Saddlemen seat. BRP adjustable
triple clamps with 43mm R6 Forks. Out back right now I have "fauxlins"
shocks on it, but they worked so well I kept them on! I've got other
shock options if you're interested. New motion pro cables, DID ERT3
chain has 4 races on it. Dunlop soft compound DT4's, extra gaskets and
odds and ends will go with it too. Just a really nice, reliable bike
